Before submitting your first file, please ensure you've completed the Onboarding Application and have a signed Service Agreement. This form is used for new contracts for your buyers and sellers. After submitting this form, your file will be started same day if received before noon. Please ensure all fields are accurate and we have access to your Brokerage Compliance software (Dotloop, Brokermint, etc...). This type of package is just paperwork and does not include any communication, MLS, promotion, etc...). Agent is responsible for handling all communication, preparing agreements and addendums, and collecting initial signatures.
